Every fail should cost you a number of thanks, and whenever your fail to post ratio gets too high your font gets smaller or you get restricted posts per day or some kind of punishment for stupidity

the number of fails showing in the user panel is also gone...
At least if your really gona really remove it, has a post with the top 10 users with the most fails and then giving the one with the most fails a new title!!
