Yeah I change up cases just for a different feel.

i ended up getting an s8+ as well. currently rocking the black spigen tough armour but going to order a few more cases soon. like dj styles, i end up keeping a few different cases and just cycling through them whenever i like just so theres a different look/feel.

just got an S8 form work last night. has a spigen case.

the screen protector they put on is pushed off by the case, the protector won't last a week.

what other options are there? honestly feels like a really shitty screen protector to begin with.

I had a screen protector on my S7 edge for about 30 seconds. They just don't stick well on the curved screen. That said, my S7 is still in mint condition so a screen protector isn't that necessary.

Yea I should get more cases for that look and feel you guys mention.

Try the Spigen Liquid Air Armour. It's one of the only cases that has rounded edges which makes it feel slim and is super comfortable to hold. The case itself is pretty slim for a "non-slim/thin fit" case and it is relatively inexpensive. It's definetly one of the cases I use more in my weekly rotation.

Did you get the Gear VR you wanted or the Level speaker??

My speaker is set to arrive next week. Will let you guys know how it sounds. I have an Aukey speaker to compare it to.

I have the speaker, sounds pretty good for it's size and has an excellent build quality. Decent bass for it's size but nothing crazy, the two passive radiators definetly helps. Definetly doesn't sound as good as my JBL Xtreme but I never expected it to. Still a good speaker, especially so if you get it for free.

Nah no VR sadly. I will be getting the levels speaker though, it's been approved by Samsung and should ship soon.

Picked up an s8+ yesterday. Had to get rid of my note 5 due to reception issues. So far pretty happy with this. Only thing I'm worried about is I was told this phone is more fragile then others. I expressed my interest in getting a super slim case and the person at the store said she'd advise against that as she knows two people personally that have cracked their s8's from a super low drop.

Yeah it gets hot especially with a case on. No worries though, I've only been using wireless charging with the S8+ with no issues.

Anyone know any good places that I can buy cases from in the lower mainland? All the main cell shops have the same cases as well as London drugs/best buy. Looking for a place that carries cases like spigen liquid air and spigen thin fit. Cheers

How do you guys like the S8 so far? There's an offer on my Koodo account for $160 + $504 tab, and this is for the S8 plus model.

My current phone is the Nexus 6p, previous phones being the Nexus 6 and one plus one.

Things I mainly do are just Chrome browser, YouTube and WhatsApp.

Is the TouchWiz skin intrusive to the pure Android experience?

My alternative option is the Google Pixel XL, but the offer on my account is $210 + $504 tab
