Im getting a Gear VR+controller with my pre-order, but just like last year with the S7 i will probably use it a couple times then get rid of it.

S8+ is one pricey phone. Not sure if I'm completely sold on it as I'm using the S7 Edge and only have had it for 6 months. I've always been a Note series user, I do want to go back to a bigger phone. Choices :fuuuuu:

If you have an S7 I'd wait till the Note 8 drops.

What I like about it: Slim bezels, build quality looks good.

What I don't like: Shitty finger print scanner location. Should have a dual camera now.

I'm gonna wait and see what the Note and Pixel 2 offer.

Don't really see any features that would make an S7/S7+ owner want to update.. The S6 to S7 jump was pretty substantial.

I second that. Been thinking of selling my S7 Edge for awhile now since I also have a 1+3.

Im not liking the S8 series myself either..

Mainly the gimmicky edge screens... GOOD cases and screen protectors combos are still gona be hard to find. Then I really dnt find much use for it.

Im laying on my bed and have the time on the edge but cant even see the time.. lol..

My first and last Samsung device.. I might go with the next pixel phone or the OnePlus phone..

Best fingerprint sensor has to be on the back.

I like what Huawei did with the Nexus and their other phones. Too bad the P10 took a backwards step in design.

Except they put it beside the camera lens where its hard to reach. Even the official Samsung commercial has the dude using his other hand to touch the fingerprint scanner. Watch MKBHD's video, guy has ginormous hands and he could not reach it without adjusting his hold on the phone.
