No, contact WIND CSR and ask if there are any fianl invoice for your account from Nov. 14 - Nov. -- (date when you ported out).

Just switched to the fido one took only 10mins to do everything just waiting for phone to switch to the network now...got wife $25 credit on her account and 10% off as well.

anyone else trying to do it on PM right now? the activation page either isn't loading or goes to a blank white screen everytime

Probably cause everyone is trying to activate. I'd wait until later this evening after 10pm so that it lessens the load from the east coast

ok so got everything done and transferred, our phones can call other people just not each other, goes right to voice mail

ok so we can now call each other and can phone out, but anyone calling us and it goes right to voice mail

we did receive the text saying out numbers were ported over

just tried putting my rogers sim card back in and it's dead. my wife's still works

i did her PM activation about 30mins after mins because there were issues with the PM site so maybe hers will die off too shortly

edit: put my PM sim back in and had my buddy call me and mine works now. had my wife swap hers back to the PM one. call both our phones from my work phone and both received the calls ok

so if we set up autopayment, the transaction won't go through until mid february? that means we'll be using their network without paying until the end of 3 months?

So I activated it, but my Bell Sim card works and my Public Mobile sim card works. I'm guessing the Bell one will deactivate in like a few business days.

Fido at metrotown (where Target used to be) was decent yesterday. 10 minutes wait time overall. There's 2 line ups there, one for existing fido customer. The other for people wanting to switch to Fido.

The one at crystal mall was a gong show, line up was out to the elevators

i did it at the mobile shop inside superstore on marine drive. today i was at metro, the fido pop up store outside the boss restaurant had a massive line up. signs were up that they were only dealing with the plan changes today lol.
