Plenty around town! Especially around the movie lots and Terminal Ave. Over the summer, I saw someone living out in a 16' truck with full couch and everything. Vancouverites are resourceful. But probably not as photogenic as OP's posts!
wasn't this some time ago? i think he posted that after management kicked him out.

Had a guy around old neighborhood who had an RV that was obviously a long-term home.
Thing with these are they are ducking eye sores for the neighborhood and eventually when someone complains and they start getting tickets they move, but usually only a block/street over. Also feels kind of like a safety issue for some because no one knows if it's some pretty girl making YouTube videos or some sketchy vagrant lurking around.
In hindsight I should have started a mini home company a few years ago, the idea had popped into my head similar to the ones executed on TV, however I think the states is quite a bit more hospitable to this idea than the lower mainland would be

A co-worker of mine actually lives in a converted van. He has an old GMC with a extended roof.
Something unique and I thought was pretty smart was he put a fake company on the side of the van. It just says something refrigeration but no number on it so unless you look into it, it doesn't stand out.
