A good idea but as I'm under 25, it might be hard to obtain permission and legal documents for me to drive it.

What do you consider a nice car ? My green Corolla ?

Evanger121 04-10-2017 11:15 PM

lol well if u would let me drift it around maybe .. sure, it can be a "nice" car ahaha

Badhobz 04-10-2017 11:21 PM

How, pray tell, would you drift a front wheel drive Corolla around ? It'll understeer into your date that you wanna impress.

Evanger121 04-10-2017 11:24 PM

Well there is the old fashioned way of putting lunch trays underneath the front wheels so the back wheels have to work harder, therefore delievering skids and small doses of "burnouts", but I wouldnt try to drift a corrola..just not right ahahaha

I think you're doing it wrong. Thats not how front wheel drive cars work. Lunch trays goes on the back tires.

This post automatically disqualified you for the Corolla my inexperienced friend.
I had a similar dream way back when I was in high school. Luckily I knew a buddy of mine who worked at an Acura dealership as a lot boy. He was able to "borrow" a nice EL from the service center that we used for prom.

Evanger121 04-10-2017 11:32 PM

sounds like u had a good time then :)

Badhobz 04-10-2017 11:39 PM

Okay, so I am a student at Johnston Heights Secondary in Surrey and I'm going to be graduating soon from school, What I would LOVE is if someone would be nice enough for me to be able to drive around their NICE and cool car around before I go to my grad. I have always wanted to feel the experience of doing something like that. You can stay in the car with me or if you trust me enough, either way, I still would love it if someone would be nice enough to let me drive thier car around for as long as you give me. Thankyou and hopefully someone has a kind enough heart to fulfill my dream !!

also, long live the trolls

swfk 04-11-2017 11:51 PM

So when the owner of the car comes with you, how do you explain this to your prom date? She won't be impressed.

"Uhh this is my uhh uncle..."

Also, if this is your dream, you need to dream bigger!
