| Hit and run, please notify if car spotted
On April 19 at 7:50 am I was headed southbound on Gilley avenue near the Portland Street intersection when a black Honda Civic (94-99) with tinted/smoked rear tail lights traveling northbound cut into my lane. I avoided the head on collision by swerving, but he still managed to clip my rear bumper. I pulled over, just as I got out of my car, the person sped off. Unfortunately I could not get his plate number and the description of the car is a bit vague, but if anyone sees a black civic as described with damage to their driver side bumper (should be my aspen white paint) please take a photo. There were at least 4 vehicles behind the civic who witnessed him hit me but did not stop or even report it. I have only had one witness approach me, but they also didn't get their plate. Any tips would be very much appreciated. Thanks
