I'd love to see Lack back. He played well here in Vancouver, because he worked real hard with the goaltending coach to play to his strengths. He sucks in Carolina, because their goaltending coach basically had him do the complete opposite of what he was doing in Vancouver, so his numbers and play has suffered greatly because of it.

I think Del Zotto is worth a shot as a reclamation project on a cheap-ish short term contract. Had 40+ points in 2011-2012 season and two 30+ point seasons, only 27 years old, can skate well, isn't the biggest guy but still 6'0" 190 lbs, just too much inconsistency and lack of defensive play. I thought he was going to be the real deal in NY.

If he came here and succeeded he could be flipped for a pick or something at the deadline, and with what he's poised to get as a contract retaining 50% of his contract even if it's more than a year wouldn't be too bad if the reward was right.

I hope the Canucks can land one of him and or Yakupov
