Term is fine. Trade them in a few years. We have the Sedins to trade at the deadline this coming season and sign them back in the offseason. Gagner can take up the 2nd centre spot behind bo afterwards. I can only dream and we get all the prospects and picks |
Ganger 3years. Del Zotto and the g. 2years And the sedins won't get traded |
Prob not. Dim Jim wants to make the playoffs. Other news, Sharp misses Duncan Keith's wife and probably going back to Chicago. lol |
Goldobin Burmistrov Yakupov |
Are we actually getting yak as well? Damm had no clue Benning was going to dovthis much. I'm not sure if this is a good or bad thing right now lol |

I have a feeling Yakupov will go montreal to replace radulov and play with galchenyuk. Why is Galchenyuk the key to the Canadiens’ interest in Yakupov? To answer that question, it’s important to remember where both players came from before being drafted first overall (Yakupov) and third overall (Galchenyuk) in 2012. Playing together in the OHL with the Sarnia Sting, the duo of Galchenyuk and Yakupov was a force to be reckoned with. During the 2010-11 season, Galcheyuk scored 31 goals and 83 points in 68 games – a point total good for third in the OHL among rookies that season, behind only Sven Baertschi and Yakupov, his linemate with the Sting. In 65 games in that very same season, while flanking Galchenyuk in Sarnia, Yakupov scored 49 goals and 101 points and proved to be a true game-changer. Reuniting the two at the NHL level could prove to be a smart move to try and rejuvenate both players moving forward. |
that does make total sense after reading that |
Not total sense cuz Sven baertschi didn't play in the ohl |

These...aren't bad deals. Jimbo is learning guys. |
Thank god Demers nixes the trade, I wouldn't want his 9 goals and 19 assists last season with him making 4.5 mill. But it looks like we were planning to take on a bad contract with something else coming back or at least I hope it was. |
Gagner for 3mill a season would be very nice and even better with Del zotto if he's making the same. |
Guys... I'm worried... where is Megna going to play with all these forward signings? |
What I'm liking is it forces some younger guys to start in the AHL, instead of having huge expectations. Also gives Utica a chance. Is Sutter on his way out? C depth is Hank, bo, Gagner, Sutter, gaunce, burmistrov |
^ Sutter has a NTC through his whole contract... modified one for the last 2 years... but I doubt he's going anywhere... I'd say Gaunce is done here, poor guy, I actually think he could be really good if given a chance. |
Yup Gagner signed 3 years 3.15 a year which is pretty reasonable |
