I loved KB Radio on Thursdays. I haven't caught their weekend show but I'm most excited for this slot. Hopefully they're just as good as before.

I just hope Sportnet's morning show kills Bro Jake and Pratt. About time we have something better to listen to.

It's been a long time coming for the demise of 1040. They burned their bridges with the Canucks during the Gillis years with their constant negative stories about the team despite tremendous success on the ice. I still remember when they were shitting on Kesler, who was on pace for 30+ goals at the time, for being too inconsistent in the goal column (too many multi-goal and no-goal games). And the goaltending controversies. Constant shit like that.

As long sportsnet doesn't bring tony g into their programs. They'll be fine

I'm sure Scotty will do his best to keep Andrew Walker in line. He's a local boy, so I doubt he'd willingly take a lot of bashing from Walker.

Though I do appreciate bro Jake's musical analysis, I tune in to hear about the Canucks (mainly) and find their morning show to be absolutely horrid. Having said that I enjoyed the Taylor/BMac/Moj show on drives home because they had a good mix of getting appropriate content in and just having a good time bantering about absolutely nothing. Not sure I can handle guys as serious as Sekeres and Price on commutes

Pratt is a bit of an opinionated idiot, or at least that's the way he portrays himself. But you need to understand he does that to stir the pot, you can't possibly believe half the ridiculous things he says which he is so adamant about. Sat was the only guy worth actually listening to and he's really supposed to be invisible in the background. I'll be curious to see how his show does on SN.

The new changes at 1040 suck so far. Canucks Breakfast used to be on right during my commute. Now it starts while I am dropping the kids off at daycare and I usually don't care about what they are discussing before that.
