edit: damn on south ridge! you can fly down that hill at 90 easily just from a momentum at 60kph and no throttle
IMO fishing holes at the bottom of a hill is kinda scummy (ie. Stewardson Way, Knight & 33, Boundary & Marine)....probably to meet July quotas.

that stretch should be 80kph limit imo
it's wide-open, with no residential/school nearby and the bldgs are quite far in
