Got in an accident. No damage to my car. Should I claim?

Some lady backed into my car in a parking lot. My car is fine. Her bumper is caved in.

Do I file a claim to protect myself in case she tries to say I hit her? Experiences anyone?

Yes- to protect yourself for any invisible damage and also so she doesn't make a fraudulent claim. (ie. hit and run)
