In Beijing, Google is blocked, I'm fucked. So I've arrived in Beijing, and now I'm stuck at the airport because the great firewall has blocked Google and I have no idea how to get around. My VPN app on my phone isn't working, that's probably blocked as well. Anyone got tips on how to get around this city? |

Google is a transportation company now? Taxi, Subway, Bike, Walk. Go to the airport help desk and get a map. You know, how we used to do things. ffs |
I should have mentioned I'm in a layover, and don't want to get lost before my flight. Ill probably end up taking a taxi around. |
Try another search engine? |
Yes, Baidu is what we use. |
Yeah, I'm on Bing and baidu right now. I've found the Chinese Google maps site that isn't blocked. Ditu. Google. Cn |
Stuck at the airport. Can't use google. Panic mode. Decides to make RS thread. That's some dedication right there  |

https://www.travelchinaguide.com/ima...ing-subway.gif Take the Airport line to the Dark Blue circle line (Line 2) and then take it any direction (but it's faster counter clockwise). Get off at Qianmen station. Then walk north towards the big square (Tiananmen Square). Can't miss it. There's a big picture of this guy if you get lost: http://i.imgur.com/Yukp1t5.jpg |
Their subway system might look complicated at first. But is dead serious easy. Just make sure you push push push in. |
technically you are not stuck if you are on a layover for another flight lmao Just sleep at the airport like the mainlanders :troll: |
