AVOID "WHEEL FIX IT" they'll take your money, lose your wheel(s) & never ever deliver on their guarantees

I brought 2 passenger side rims to Greens earlier this year. There was significant damage on both rims. I think it took about a week to repair both. Upon initial inspection both rims looked great.

When I was washing the car later that week I noticed the inside lip of 1 of the rims was flaking. I contacted Greens and we both agreed it was most likely due to damage during mounting back onto the tire. The repair took i think 2 days or so at no additional cost.

Just a reminder for any shop you go to, when you pick it up, inspect the entire rim. Roll it upright 360 degrees before driving off. The flaking I saw on the lip wasn't visible when I inspected the rim when it was lying completely face up.

This is not some slanderous piece against Greens. I'd still do business with them. They're very reputable and are always one of the first names you hear for recommendations. Just do your own due diligence regardless of reputation and make sure the job is done right.

edit: forgot to mention. It cost me about $700 for 2 rims. They told me the price goes up if welding is required. I definitely recommend stopping by in person to get a quote from them vs. sending them pics.

I used them to repair some wheels I had (scratched on face) but no dents or cracks. Picked them up from my house and even offered to drop it back off. Paid $400 for 4 wheels cash.

I have used Panthers a few times. They fixed a bent rim I had when Greens said no. They did a great job on my oem ITR wheels too.

I took my rims to GREENS.. i was only in vancouver for 1 week and they said it will take a few days.. they didnt finish it in time.. so they shipped it to me to victoria for free.

it was a little pricey $250a rim but they provided good service and everything was great in the end.

AWR rims, they are mobile. They usually do their work beside our dealerships

I used Panther in the past for a set of wheels. Cost me about $1000 to get curb rash out of all four and a few bends and new paint

I've used panther in the past as well, fixed two bent wheels, next day service, and no concerns with the final product.

I believe it was about 250 to repair a bend @ Panther

I was in Van on a Saturday when they were closed and the owner had no issue with me bringing them to his house. They shipped them back to me in Victoria once finished. Great service.

speaking of wheel repair...i noticed a 'dent' on one of my 16" winter wheels. was prepping them for some new winter rubber and was cleaning them and saw the dent. it's not necessarily a bend. its like the one wheel got dropped or something on a hard surface.

any idea if its going to be an issue for balancing...its on the outer edge of the inner wheel. i will most likely try in a few weeks to get it balanced.

EDIT : got it balanced and it’s fine. No wobble at all.
