That was my thought. Lowered TL on large rims. Figure someone here must have seen the vehicle around somewhere.

That should not take long at all. Post that on VCC Facebook page. Someone with that kind of car definitely has YOHB’d a few dudes

Is this your video? Can you see when the package was dropped off and compare to when this guy showed up? Then at least you will know if he was simply fishing off the truck. Or if the delivery guy told him to get it.

You were correct, it's VCC (Valley Car Club). OP can also try Lower Perimeter or some brand specific pages.
