We got a pre-cooked pre-seasoned turkey this year for Christmas dinner and it was phenomenal. I have never had turkey this good. Every bite a mouthful of juice. Got it at Whole Foods. I am certain they must've sous-vided it, judging by the kinda pinkish color of the meat and pool of the juice it was sitting in. All we did was convection roast it for half an hour to heat it up and boom, miracle-level good turkey. I can never go back: have to sous vide turkeys from now on.

Best Christmas is when all three of my children come over for Christmas dinner. They did all the cooking. I so missed the quibbling and jesting.............. can't buy good family memories. So proud of them........... every one of them turned out fine.
They're worried about the old man. I assured them I plan to be around for at least another 30+ years. Gonna hit the 100 mark. Centenarian, I'll be.

One last kick at the can..................
I never knew how powerful these two gals were. Out of tune the couple of times when singing in unison, but when they sing in harmony, it's magical. Ariana sings so effortlessly.

Move 103.5 started their Vancouver's only Christmas Music Station thing just over a week ago. So great to hear christmas music again. Only downside is, I have to switch stations as soon as Mr. Born in the USA and the E ewwww. Street Band songs come on. I can't listen to that shit.
Santa Claus is Coming to Town should be banned from the airwaves. nuff said.
