We drove both and the Alltrack had much better handling. A few interior differences, paddle shifters I think, and the overall look we felt was better. I dig the plastic cladding too. The wife is happy and that's what counts.

Quick last photo before I sold it (concrete accessories woot). The sleeper project never came into fruition due to lack of time and, therefore, commitment. Also, rust was starting to form on a fender after last winter. Car was still good enough out of the box. The upside is I saved this car from premature detonation which gives me good feels. Thanks to Drivehard Performance for their time and help.

Sold it to someone from the island for $1000 more than I bought it for 3 years ago. He'll continue the project where i left off. I also kept the wheels and tires.

Debating on what to get now. Winter beater? A nicer car (I miss having a V8) or another senior sleeper?

So many options, not enough ads...

Would love a Gen 1 because they look pretty homely but GM put a shitty rear end on it. Shitty rear end

I would say that most people convert to wheel studs because it's annoying AF swapping wheels with bolts... especially if you have spacers or a strong desire to maintain the paint on your callipers etc.

I swapped mine for the reasons Jason mentioned. Spacers and lug bolts are a fucking hassle. I feel like studs look better as well.
