siem reap is more chill and offers more site seeing (temple mainly). I found the food there to be more local and affordable.

PP being a city center, felt a bit too crowded and all over the place. I'm sure there are lots of local hot spots and gems but when i was there for 3 days, all i got was rude locals and bad quality food.

Been to both but would prefer Vietnam. Specifically middle Vietnam, Da Nang around that area. Nice beaches, not too touristy yet when we were there a few years ago.
