you're going to the US...not some developing country which speaks another language where you might need to stick go a guide in case you run into extortion...

Used Ritesh at flightcenter metrotown, really helpful and will go the extra two miles to get you what you need.

Are you looking to just book a flight? All-inclusive resort? Either way its good to do some research on your own to see what the going rate is, and then seeing if the travel agent can get you something better.
