I guess the amendment to the constitution that was added in 1791 doesn’t really account for online interaction through a privately owned social network. Maybe it’s time for an update.

I agree that social media is a new thing that maybe deserves different consideration than a typical "bulletin board" where people can share their opinions on things.
They've become the defacto "town square" for not just America, but the entire world (well, where it's not banned by other govts at least). It's where literally everyone with access has a voice, and maybe those rights need to be protected in a different way than "just a private spot where what we say goes". It's really weird.
He's actually quite famous online and has been quite accurate with regards to how, and who the ccp will target, I believe he has his own yt channel
This dude is so shady. Wanted by CCP for a whole list of crime. Claim he is anti-ccp but he made his fortune by using CCP connection. The research institute he hire to dig dirt on CCP, turned onto him and said he had them investigated a bunch of American spy in China.
Maybe he is double spy. Possibly playing both China and USA
Agree 100%, hatred for Trump is turning a lot of people into believing that Biden has 0 level of the same corruption that Trump has. I highly doubt it.
Well Biden was the co-pilot during the Obama years. Just ask the Yemeni.

I wouldn't be surprised, iirc he admits to being a part of the ccp corruption, it's just that they set his sights on him so he took off, probably working both sides to try and get back into the good graces of Xi

Their argument will be that Twitter, Gab, and other online bulletin boards are microblogging sites. The poster's content can be protected as expressing their opinion instead of reporting facts. There is no responsibility on the poster to be balanced, accurate, or even truthful. Remember the popularity of the word "truthiness" which came out of the Bush era?
If I read something online it doesn't HAVE to be true, it just has to FEEL true.

IMO FB/Twitter better hope that no Republicans ever take presidency/majority again because after what happened, the section 230 is looking shaky as hell.
They won't let them have it both ways... that platform enjoys immunity from contents while they can be the gatekeeper about what's being shared.

TBF Iowas main crop is corn they harvest 5X more corn than they do soy, and soy has gone on a slight decline, ethanol, turkeys, chickens, eggs, pigs, etc r bigger business than soy for iowa (quick google)
So maybe they can forgive her for not knowing the stats on soy off the top of her head, but it does look bad on the face of it
Yeah, soy is still a major crop for folks up there in the midwest. They used to make some pretty decent bank exporting it but since trade has been bad, they've been getting screwed over

The arbiters of antifascism and antiracism, over the weekend, standing in support of censorship.
This guy whose teeth were knocked out has since had his Twitter and Instagram accounts suspended.
I guess the black man should have known his place.

For every video you post of an "antifa" rally with violence, one can post a video of the Proud Boy, Boogaloos, you name it doing the same thing.
What does that prove exactly? No one agrees there should be violence in the streets, period. Don't try to act like such instances aren't occurring at either rallies, what point are you trying to portray.

i mean for someone who is part of the department of agriculture in a state like iowa, that's sort of something that you should at least be able to ballpark.
being off by 100% is like working in the dairy industry and thinking milk is $10 a gallon.
