Earlier videos show the suv is a admin support vehicle staying behind the bus with its emergency flashers on, the tuck pushed it out of the way and in the contact video clearly the truck swerved into the suv. You’d have to be blind to see otherwise.

It’s pretty sad it has to come to this, there’s no excuse for that kind of behaviour by anyone regardless of their political beliefs.

Can you share that video? Because the only clips I've seen where those two vehicles interacted had the bus in the inside lane. If the suv were behind it, it wouldn't be possible for the truck to push it out of the way.

The only collision I've seen between the two, the white suv is clearly in the trucks lane.

If you watch through this video, there are multiple angles showing the white SUV earlier on following directly behind the bus with its flashers on.

It's pretty obvious this truck came in and pushed its way in from the side intimidating the SUV and the SUV was forced out of its position behind the bus, but was still trying to straddle that lane/not give in too much to the intimidation / tries to stand its ground and then the truck ultimately sideswiped it.

From 22 seconds to 25 seconds of the video I just posted, the SUV is going straight the entire time and the truck twice very clearly turns into it to make contact. It doesn't matter that the SUV is straddling the line, you don't turn into someone else's vehicle on purpose and make contact with it.

I got nothing else to say, it's right there in front of you.

So why does the truck ultimately turn into the SUV then?
