Y'all Quaeda is far beyond just being assholes there. Trump supporting them is no surprise but it's another sign of how violent things will get after the election regardless of the result.

You can open carry in Texas if you have a permit to do so. Getting licensed is kind of a joke but you can walk around with a rifle on your back or a gun on your hip.

What you CAN'T do is wave the gun in the air yelling God is Great or Trump 2020. Thats called "brandishing" and is considered a threat.

Arguing with someone in the parking lot of Whataburger? Don't pull up your shirt and show the gun tucked into your belt. Brandishing.
Someone walking up your driveway to put a flyer for a new pizza place on your door and you walk out holding a shotgun? Brandishing.

My point is, how did they know that the drivers were armed? Were they presenting the guns? Were they waving them out of the window, yelling "God is Great"?

But i don't agree with calling every act of political intimidation/violence an act of terrorism.
Kinda takes the punch out of groups that bomb, burn, behead, stab, shoot/beat to death people who oppose them politically or otherwise.

Trump is already blowing dog whistles for the terrorists, saying that he'll declare himself the winner if he's ahead by tomorrow. Actually with all the mail in ballots, a lot of places won't even be able to declare with finality by tomorrow. Here's a post that describes when results come out of each state. For example, Alaska doesn't even begin counting absentee ballots until Nov 10. Illinois accepts mail-in ballots until Nov 17

If he gets enough votes in a given state to the point that it wouldn't be possible for him to lose that state, there's no point in counting every last vote.
Republicans overwhelmingly vote at the polls. There'll be no need to wait for mailed ballots. If enough turn out they should be able to call it.
