I dont know much about this stuff. I see that the few states that havent opened are all Blue states. CALIFORNIA, Washington etc...


Would that mean a win for Biden?

No, because the electoral college is........... disproportionately biased

Republicans don't even bother campaigning in WA/OR/CA in case you didn't notice... haven't done so for decades.

It all comes down to WI, OH, PA and Minnesota I think...

By my quick math of electoral votes, Biden can't win unless he gets 1 of: Ohio, PA or NC... if Trump gets all 3 of those it's over

He may be in the lead for popular vote but that doesn't translate to leading in the electoral college. It's all about the electoral college. Winning the popular vote is just moral victory. At this point in time, 9:15 pm, no news has Trump in the lead for electoral college votes.

False sense of confidence with this stat.

Following the conversation on CBC, the states that need to be fought and won for a Biden win are skewing Trump at the moment and the democratic path to victory is getting narrower and narrower.

I feel like a deja-vu of 2016 happening.

Difference being the mail-in ballots having to be counted in the next few days. And you just KNOW thats going to be a complete gongshow if they are showing Trump tonight and in 3 days it flips to Biden.
