There are plenty of security cameras in those US government buildings. Using facial recognition software and government databases to motor vehicle departments or other departments will help the feds find out Bubba’s real name and address quickly.
Just for one second, think about it in the context of other protests that happened last year, and how they would have been treated if they'd even gone near the White House

Because for the most part BLM protestors were peaceful and unarmed whereas If the maga supporters started seeing their people getting shot yesterday you can pretty much guarantee people are going to be going out of their way to look for violence and chaos?

The rioters got inside the U.S. Capitol buildings too easily. They got inside the buildings easier than those terrorists in that Gerard Butler movie "Olympus Has Fallen" with some North Korean dudes breaking into the White House.

The two situations are not quite the same, one happens in a Socialist Country where the main goal of the protest is to subvert totalitarianism and the injustice of the regime, while the other happens in a Democratic Country trying to subvert democracy and preventing the results of the democratic process from happening during a meeting.

doesn't he need to be formally charged/accused of something before the pardon?
you can't pre-pardon yourself if authorities go for him AFTER he's out of office can he? or is it the date of the infraction, which happens while in office...?
