The amount of landfill-level discussions over the past 24 hours (social media) make me glad I'm apolitical 
Too bad the shooter was a social loser. He could have grown up, got an education and used his forehead as landing pad for Chinooks.

People filming the shooter crawling around on the roof, trying to tell cops. It wasn't just that whacky redheaded guy, tons of people knew, including the police and secret service.

Another thing to discuss is the accountability that the U.S. Secret Service have in this big security breach.
Biden ordered an independent review of the security precautions, the security parameter, anything to do with security at Trump’s rally in Pennsylvania.

Hard to believe that U.S. Secret Service did not do a security sweep of that building near the rally.
They should have at least did something to block the sight lines from the building rooftops.
The shooter Thomas Crooks also had bomb making material in his car and at his home. That is messed up!

Diversity doesn't just mean male and female... and yes it's sexist.
RCMP has tonnes of female officers, I worked with many of them and wouldn't mess with any of em... same for little asian guys, they might be a little bit shorter but it's all training at the end of the day.

Ok, but it still seems strange to have a set target for diversity. The one news article I read said the female SS agents had an eaiser physical test then the men. I didn't validate that claim, but if true, is crazy

If you can be physically overpowered by someone else, you’re likely not suited for the role. A lot of the female RCMP officers I’ve seen around I could all but guarantee I could overpower in a struggle. Top that off with woeful training and you’ve got a recipe for disaster that has been demonstrated numerous times in the past and well documented.
At least with the VPD the women they hire always look like legit Constable Psychopath and it seems like the VPD are generally trained better than RCMP

Cops at Uvalde shooting stayed outside the door while the shooter killed kids. Physical size means dick all if you are a coward.

I’d say it’s the either way around, RCMP are trained better than JI does, but you’re saying the opposite… based on? I mean I worked in and around them for 10+ years… just cuz you didn’t like how the Nova Scotia shooting was handled?
I think you should try overpowering a cop sometime and see what happens. My guess is you’ll be rolling on the ground tazed at a bare minimum lol

JD Vance is an interesting pick because he's what the MAGA crowd hates: a Yaleeducated elite.
