I still don’t think she’ll win though. Majority of Americans aren’t ready for a woman president. Much less a woman president of color. This retard will still likely hold office and then the world is gonna blow up. |

She's taking the lead in polls now too I wouldn't compare her to Obama, but I am getting Obama campaign vibes from her, based on the positivity and support she's getting. I didn't expect it either since she was pretty bland as a VP candidate, but things seem different now. Trump and his supporters have gotten even more insane which might help. There are plenty of people who want him to win so they can openly show their true colours (including some people lurking here) but I have some hope for once that it won't happen. |
Hmmm. The novelty betting odds on playnow.com are changing for the American presidential election. :considered: One week ago: Trump: 1.80 Harris: 2.85 As of August 1st: Trump: 1.80 Harris 1.95 |
In the US election game ... popularity of Presidential candidate is an indicator but you can lose that and still win the Electoral College vote system, so it's all about those 'swing' states. What are they ... Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, etc. ?? |
Georgia... and FLORIDA... which is a gimme for Republicans every year as much as California is a Democrat gimme |

Jesus fucking Christ. What the hell are we doing here. |
I think at this stage it's Harris's election to lose. Biden just handed her the biggest win of his presidency today with the prisoner swap with Russia. The whole narrative that Trump and his base were pushing that Biden was weak on the global stage and had no pull with Putin went straight out the window. Also, Trump claiming Harris is lying about being black, which is absolute insanity, and re-tweeting a known Neo-Nazi with "proof" she isn't black means whatever gains he made with black voters will be lost. And then you have JD Vance, who continues to talk about women's issues, like from a few days ago when he said if you get raped you have to give birth. It's unbelievable that these are the people Americans are willing to elect to office. |

People really do lack the ability to think, and instead get really mad, spreading hatred and ignorance, and that causes them to do things like vote for people like Trump without thinking. Because it lets them continue to be mad and ignorant. |

Holy fuck I found out this boxer was actually born female. So this is all just them attacking a regular female to perpetuate this anti trans bullshit? |

It doesn't help that IOC's policy is decidedly weak and unconvincing on this specific issue. |
Go on the fuckin internet and tell me it's not a trans issue dude. That's laughable. Did you not watch the video where SHE was referred to as a faggot by a US politician on a public platform? The same platform where Elon musk publicly said anyone who uses the term "weird" to describe trump supporters will be banned for harassment? Are we even on the same internet? |

99% of the internet that are mad about it think she was born a man, and that's the only reason they are mad about it.https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/IQoAA...hS/s-l1600.jpg People don't care about the "integrity of competition" just like the same people who are crying about the "blasphemous last supper interpretation" post pics like this. They just want to make it about sticking it to the libs and gays. |
You can blame the media for everyone thinking they are trans, over the last couple days I've heard many people bring it up (not Trump nuts) because the articles were put out talking about them having male chromosomes and being banned in other boxing events. Only if you cared enough to dive deeper do you find out they are born as female but could possibly be intersex. That's what people do these days right, read one article and then assume there's nothing else to the story. At the end of the day there is still a valid argument to be had by these women if you're getting in the ring with someone whos testosterone is closer to that of a man than woman. |

As to the Olympic boxing controversy, let's take it back to the Olympics thread to discuss. |

She has XY chromosomes, she is genetically male. She didn't express the correct genitalia, but she's not female. Phenotype is not genotype. There is a defect on her Y chromosome that didn't express the male phenotypes. So she grew up "female", but she's not female, she's male with female phenotype characteristics. She also failed multiple testosterone tests, which we can infer she likely has an undeveloped testicle/gland. edit; So this is not a trans issue at all, this is a unique case, but there needs to be a line in the sand. XY = male, XX = female. There has to be a distinction. |

Regardless, she's still XY. Can't argue that. |
