Trump actually started off pretty decent, but after she called out his failing rallies, he got more and more unhinged and insane, and by the end was just screaming and ranting nonsense

Kamala isn't the best talker, but she stuck to her guns (literally!) and this was one of the most one sided debates I've ever seen, in this format. I only wish Trump could be fact checked more often, because pretty much everything he says is lies.

It's always been the perfect distraction to just blame illegal immigrants, while they give tax breaks to corporations and rich people.

It's worked, but trump can't deliver it in a way that any sane person could be tricked by like prior republican candidates.

people devoted to trump will go for him no matter what he says. in fact they think hes the most honest and most intelligent person they've ever heard of, so why would anything he has to say matter?

if anything the debate has less to do with trump and more to do with harris. now people have seen that she can handle the pressure and handle it well, so it's a positive outcome for her even if it's not a negative one for trump.

I'm looking forward to the moment he totally loses it to the point they have no choice but to put him in a straight jacket.

I think that any election you will have voters who are sitting on the fence in terms of which president to vote for. Yes, you have the extreme Democrats, the people that Vance/Trump call the "woke left, the ANTIFA", and the extreme right wing voters who would vote for Cheeto.

From what my American cousins tell me in their home states of California and Arizona, reproductive rights/abortion is an issue which will sway votes towards the Democrats. No, my cousins are way past the childless lady stage as Moms to kids in their late teens, early 20s. Heck, they don't even like cats. They have dogs.

Trump said during the debate that most voters want each state to make their own rules when it comes to abortion. Really?

That's not what my cousins hear from their female friends and co-workers who are single. Reproductive rights for them belong to each women. They don't want a state government telling them what they can or cannot do with their bodies.

Another one of Cheeto's lies won't earn him any morevotes from single women, the so-called "childless cat ladies". More of those American voters will vote for Kamala.

Harris spoke to Americans directly during the debate. She has a plan to make groceries and other items more affordable for middle class families. She mentioned tax cuts for the middle class.

Then Kamala made a good point to contrast her plan with Trump's plan. She pointed that Trump's tax cut plan is only for the wealthy. The millionaires and billionaires.

I think she won more support from Americans who are unsure who to vote for because she made it clear what her plans are in terms of improving the economic wellbeing of middle class Americans.

That's the biggest issue during this election.

Controlling inflation and making life more affordable for families.
