NA built cars have no duty; every other car incurs a 2.5% duty when exported to the US. It’ll be interesting to see if Trump increases this duty and removes the exemption for NAbuilt cars.

I would have done what sleepy Joe did with his pardons for five family members and these individuals:

Orange Goblin does not bluff. His ongoing rhetoric about getting revenge on people who accuse him of inciting violence against politicians, police, and other people on January 6, 2021 is a big sign that he would go after people.
As per the article, Biden clearly mentions that the pardons do not denote guilt.
It's this crazy U.S. political climate that we see now where Trump would use his presidential powers to get revenge on people that made Biden decide to give pre-emptive pardons for his family and other people.

I mean "not bluff" in the sense that Cheeto would use the U.S. Department of Justice as a weapon to get revenge against people. He won't bluff on that.
You're referring to political and policy promises.
For example, when Trudeau said that he thinks that Cheeto's repeated referral of Canada as the "51st state" is a diversion tactic, a smokescreen from Cheeto in order to bring less focus on his tariffs on Canadian goods. -less focus on the tariffs that will eventually increase the prices of goods that Americans buy. Well, I call his bluff on the U.S. trying to annex Canada.
That's Cheeto's playbook play of diverting American voters' attention away from tariffs.
