i dont completely know how these developments work, but isn't it generally the trump organization partners to develop the building and then licence the name out and once complete, it is 100% managed by a 3rd party? many buildings are built like that with separate developers and operators, and usually they are unrelated. i would be surprised if trump even knew there was a building in vancouver with his name on it.
