Yes Trump has a habit of turning things into shit. But wouldn't pin the downfall of the Vancouver Trump hotel on him. That property was mismanage from the get go, going heavy into a namesake that just scream bigotry in a city as liberal as Vancouver is just setting themselves up to fail.
If anything Trump walks out the winner in this licensing deal while his business partner and investors in this property is left holding the bags.

I laughed seeing so many people I know having their birthdays there, girls/guys going who profess themselves as being "progressive" and against Trump, meanwhile popping bottles at a drug dealer's table. The same kind of people who will post a black square on their Instagram

i dont completely know how these developments work, but isn't it generally the trump organization partners to develop the building and then licence the name out and once complete, it is 100% managed by a 3rd party? many buildings are built like that with separate developers and operators, and usually they are unrelated. i would be surprised if trump even knew there was a building in vancouver with his name on it.

100% managed by 3nd party. Trump get either a one time fee or % perpetually as long as his name is on the building.
He has absolutely zero say in how the building is ran. Seeing how member of the trump family show up for the opening. He for sure know this building exist.
I remember being at a travel fair years ago and they were giving away a prize package for that hotel and the guy was bragging that Ivanka was the engineer behind the spa architecture hahahahaha

California has a ballot tracking system so voters can see when their ballots been mailed out, when they're expected to receive it, when their ballots received by their county, and if their ballots been accepted, etc
