1936-1940 Datsun King Cab - Pickup Truck

All the way in Washington DC but talk about rare. This deserves a full restoration.

neat, I was thinking to myself I didn’t think Datsun was around that era, unless it was a military vehicle. Still would have thought it was a Nissan though. Would actually be a pretty simple resto considering how basic the machine is.

Wow!
That's even older than the original toyota 4 wheelers. Iirc the land cruiser was early 50's. I didn't know Datsun had been around for so long.

hud is right about the restoration being simple. This is basically a tractor with doors. Problem is, where would you find parts? Seems to me like everything would have to be custom made.

As with most restorations of that era (unless a Ford) it’s always custom made. Good thing is every piece would be able to be taken apart, restored as required and reassembled. Too much moolah for me, but some Pre war fan should pick that up.
