I think this goes to show that social media stars just don't have the tact or the training to maintain their fame.
I don't think I need to tell anyone who this kid is. I actually liked her videos talking about balling out of control. It was so asinine that it was almost hilarious. Deep down, I was hoping that they would come clean about their online personas. Kind of like how Marco911 used to tell us that he treated RS like a social experiment. Talk about disarming the populace!
But like many great things, what goes up must also come down.
It all started to go downhill when it came out that they were actually from Vancouver, and not Beverly Hills. Social media saw weakness, and they pounced.
Then someone recognized that this view is actually Vancouver, not LA.
At this point it would have been best if they came out all like "Lolz, we trolled you and it was awesome".
But instead, they doubled down. That's when mainstream media caught hold of them. Their interview with ABC news is hilarious.
So you have fob mom sitting their with a shit eating smile on her face, while her 9 year old basically fucks them over with every word that she says. The kid is dying out there, making an idiot of herself, while mom does nothing.
As of this morning, Lil Tay is gone from the world of social media. Someone deleted her insta and youtube.
Quote:
Lil Tay, the vulgar 9-year-old Canadian social media star who’s been filmed doing everything from kicking a Rolls Royce to literally throwing money with Jake Paul, has vanished from the internet.
All of her Instagram posts are gone, and her YouTube channel has been totally scrubbed. Nearly every social media account associated with Lil Tay — including various management and the accounts responsible for leaking videos that revealed she was being coached — has been made private or deleted altogether.
Lil Tay’s disappearance follows several weeks of controversy for the pre-teen. In early May, it was confirmed that her mother, Angela Tian, had been fired from her job as a Vancouver real estate agent after Tay’s videos appeared to be filmed in as-yet-unsold luxury homes. Two weeks ago, the YouTube news source #DramaAlert revealed that Tay had been coached through her many crass videos by her teen brother, Jason Tian.
Days later, Tay and her mother appeared on Good Morning America to explain their side of the story to the world. “I didn’t shoot in anyone else’s house,” Tay told GMA’s Juju Chang. “No one has proof that I did.” A week later, a video surfaced on Worldstar of a young girl who looks like Tay smoking hookah. In a Twitter post from May 29th, Jason appears to confirm the video’s veracity.
The audacity of this family is off the hook.

Lol my sister be smoking hookah at 9 lmao, y’all are pussy ass niggas 😂🤷$♂️
I spent about three minutes one day thumbing through her nonsense.
It made me feel a combination of angry and sad.
I don't like to feel angry or sad so i stopped looking.
The end

The funny thing is, I had no idea who she was either. But my kids knew Lil Tay. So when I brought it up to them, they were shocked that I actually knew who she was.
It's a different world compared to how we grew up. When we were kids, people were conventionally famous. You had your tv and movie stars. But you also had small market stars, like Dodd!
Who doesn't remember the Dodd's furniture commercials?
Buddy was famous in the lower mainland and Vancouver Island back in the day.
Nowadays, guys like Pewdiepie have made more money from playing videos games, than anyone outside of the kings of DOTA. Who the fuck is pewdiepie anyway?! For those who still watch mainstream media, he's nobody. But online, he's a god. Same goes for Bregoli. She gets booed out of her first big DJ set and everyone laughed. But she still cashes about $2 million a year in checks. If not for Dr Phil, she would be just another broke ass nobody.
It's crazy.

That's why I like this story so much.
They had a great opportunity to make something out of nothing, and mom/bro let the star do the talking.
Unless we're talking about Clooney, you never let the star do the talking. Dumb ass mom and teenager know it all brother created lightning in a bottle, but unfortunately they didn't know what to do next.

Totally.
It's that desire to be famous, regardless of how it's done. 15 years ago, it was celebrity sex tapes. Now it's all about followers and likes on social media. I love that a regular person could become famous online, whether it's a blogger or a musician. But with that, come the prank youtuber channels, the extreme rooftoppers.
Dodds is still around and have a store in Nanaimo. They are moving to a new building soon. It will be beside a new La-Z-Boy store. The family is loaded. He had Rolls Royce back in the 90's.
Savannah is actually dope though. good kid with good grades in school. works hard for her $ and her songs promote positivety to kids lol
SHOUTOUT JIMMYBOI. if I hit the lotto Im getting a custom piece done by him
pretty sure lil Tay is just going thru a change in style. shes hella young so the potential is there. people make big $ with insta posts and endorsement deals these days. heard she even has some rap songs coming out soon lol. once you have clout, the options are endless #nocap
Holy fuck, you're not on revscene anymore.
Warn you once.
Warn you twice.
If this was real life you would be on your ass.
Latez.
Same goes for you 320. You're nobody. Just another random screen name. If you feel the need to shit on a thread, may I recommend just logging off next time.
