Jason Spencer should absolutely not have a job today. In the second episode of Sacha Baron Cohen's Showtime series Who Is America? the Republican lawmaker screams the N-word and runs around with his pants down, trying to touch Cohen's character with his bare ass to turn him gay. It's horrifying. It's disgraceful. The people of Georgia should be ashamed for electing this man four times, Republicans should be ashamed for working with this man, we should all be ashamed for living in a country where this man has any sliver of political power. That's not all this guy does either—he practices looking up Muslim women's burkas for bombs, he pretends to chop the penis off a Middle Eastern man.
It's sick. Truly sick.

This show is super frustrating to me because there's no payoff... it's basically proving beyond any semblance of doubt what we already know about hardcore Republicans......... but at the same time nothing will change because they will just say it was liberal fake media and they got conned.
So... I guess the only chance for a payoff is anyone who's bothered enough by what they see actually doing something? Doubtful... which just makes watching it excruciating in some ways. It pains me to think any of these people he's talked to thus far are actually in control of anything more important than swallowing the drool in their own mouths before it chokes them.

Yup, they could have tricked literally any "type" of person to look bad on this show. It is humorous but utterly pointless.

My question is, what kind of PR team do these guys have around them? How was he able to trick a guy like Dick Cheney to come on his show and look stupid? Dick Cheney has been effectively running the US for decades now, a shadow president of sorts for quite a long time.
How can they not tell the makeup on Sasha? I really wish this show would give us the planning stages of these interviews where their team contacts these folks to setup the interview, I'm dying to know how it all works, and how these guys fall for it.

When I wrote that the guy hadn’t resigned... but yah it’s more satisfying now for sure. Also I agree completely it’s ridiculous that these people don’t think for a second what they’re doing and saying is being recorded on camera!! In this day and age... smh
No one is following this one anymore? Another gun rights nut job got owned so bad by the Morad character, not quite as bad as that politician who quit afterward but almost.
Last episode was, for the most part, genius... I cannot get over the fact that he actually got someone to murder another person remotely. Insanity. Maybe the show never ended up answering its own question, but it sure showed how divided the USA has become and how scary and uneducated so many people in rural America are.
