Its a 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth.

If it were that easy, I did basic checks like spark plugs, coils, compression test, etc. A few mechanics looked at it and they couldn't figure it out.

I figured some new school mechanics that know how to read data logs may have some ideas.

Would be awesome if you could elaborate for us on what exactly you did with the spark plugs and coils during your checks.

Can you feel the misfire? Is the car running rough? Check engine light flashing? Consistent or intermittent?

I am not doubting your mechanical ability, but were the spark plugs gapped properly and torqued down correctly?

Plug wires grounding/shorting out somewhere? Faulty ignition module? ECU could be fried (this one throws you for a loop)?

Don't think you can use this data to diagnosis a p0300 (random misfire). It is more for a technician to know how to drive the vehicle to hopefully reproduce misfire.
Looking through the data only thing I notice is when youre in moderate load with pretty high RPMs, your EVAP is purging; with no change to fuel short term trim.
Usually lowers during purge to compensate for this extra incoming fuel. (even see it adding more fuel in the "during" frame)
Not familiar with how Fiats program their EVAP systems so cant say for sure this is an issue.
But hard to blame a random misfire on EVAP purging. Take this all with a grain of salt.
Have you checked with Fiat dealers? any service bulletins with software update for this issue?

Yes, including new plugs that were gapped to correct standard.

I have a suspicion it could be electrical or the ECU, the car has no noticeable stumbling or any noticeable feel to the misfire. A shop inspected it as much as they could mechanically and didn't find anything immediate.

My next step will be the dealership I guess, I held out for as long as I could.

The vehicle is now out of warranty and at 30,000 KMs ago the engine and turbo were replaced under warranty with a few reflashes done during the repair process by the previous owner. I'll go and see if they have any clue whats going on, hopefully it wont cost an arm and a leg.
