I know there's not much love for muscle cars here, but the 2019 camaro..

looks even worse than you'd think.

Looks aside it is still faster and better handling. Nothing can touch a Camaro 1le for the price. It is ugly as sin though, cramped and you can't see out of it.

Since the Camaro's revival, the lingering problem I have with the car has always been its visibility from the driver seat. The 5th gen cars (2010 - 2015) have been absolutely horrendous on this. I felt like I was trapped inside a cocoon with one forward slit and two even smaller side slits cut in as windows. The 6th gen car (2016+) had some marginally improved visibility, but it was still pretty horrible.

When I can't even see where the heck I'm going, how can I possibly drive the thing? It doesn't even matter how good its handling and power are.

I had a Camaro convertible as a rental car in California, it’s probably one of the worst new cars I’ve ever driven with poor visibility and shit cargo space, the ergonomics were just awful

Yeah we can attest to the visibility. It's still an issue on the 2016 but the blind spot detectors help a bit.

Camaro resale value is terrible. Mustang and Corvette at least hold their value reasonably well.

Chevy needs to make cars that appeal to people outside of 'Murica. Everything they make looks it plowed through 10 aisles of scoop and vent at Pep Boys.

It's not that I'm not into muscle cars, it's fact that I just can't get in to MODERN muscle cars

I don't know why but a classic muscle car just looks a lot nicer then modern ones, also classics tell a story from that era of time unlike today's muscle car where I can't really feel it (or see any story)

My dad went to states back in 70s for university and when we see a classic muscle car, he always tell me a story about his university days and how he knew some that owned one at one point during his 8 years there

A lot of classic car guys get really surprised by this when we go to meet/shows cuz this is coming from a Chinese guy lol

I think it's car dependent. This Hellcat looked pretty damn good to me (a lot better than the Dart )!

I was just pointing out the fact that muscle cars of yesterday were much more bad ass than the modern equivalent another example is the Impala. SUCH a beautiful car back in the 60's but now

This is true however it had so much potential of being a bad ass Mopar back in the day. The Darts of today are just way to econo for me.

Again, I think the Impala is a better example.
