Pre-purchase inspections in Vancouver

Helping someone sell a Mercedes.
A potential buyer asked for a pre-purchase inspection and a report from the company after.

Any good places in Vancouver that does this?

The potential buyer wants the seller to have the car inspected and pay for it too? Then give the inspection report to the potential buyer?

If the potential buyer is interested, they should pay it up and take it in themselves. it is for their peace of mind anyway. i would probably just provide maintenance history at most and indicate the current state

The most you can do would be to bring it in to the shop or dealership that you have both agreed to and have them call the buyer for their credit card number.
