HELP: Shop to get wk2 Head gasket replaced?

Besides the dealership, which shops would you guys recommend for the head gasket replacement? im almost positive that that is what ill need. coolant is leaking from the back side of the motor this morning. steam and i think even chunks/debris of the headgasket was falling.

id tackle this myself but i dont think ill have the tools and enough knowledge to work on the internals of the engine.

the car is a Grand cherokee 5.7L v8.

i appreciate your input. Thanks!

Not sure of your motors lay out but could it be a coolant hose? I had one burst before and it sounded similar. But it wasn't chunks flying out
