If this continues, whats gonna happens is the sleeper car culture will emerge and reign for a while and then comes the fast and furious era type cars and then cambered culture and then track car white tire lettering shit and then back to sleeper again...ooo boi im excited for f&f era...also dude, I dont wanna be a fashion police as we are already dealing with another authority, but unless its for medical reason you gotta loose the mask man. Don't think your a mask type of guy, more like a infinity scarf or spice it up with shawl you know cuz tis the neck wrap season..... |

Oh come on. That car is begging for a VI. Plus it’s got a torque converter and a massive wing. That’s the biggest safety hazard of them all. |

Box 3 is a specific issue. Box 2/1 requires a full inspection. |

Unrelated but I noticed that VPD has been camping on the Arthur Laing at the HOV lane for three straight days since Monday. |
^ That's what I rather have them do. Keep those who aren't HOV out of HOV. |
^except there ain't HOV anymore and it's a bus only lane. or am I trippin? |

Northbound. |
^yea, after the light + turn off to the airport it used to be 3+ people but the newest sign only shows buses. i'll report back later when i drive by :lawl: |
Fairly certain it’s either Richmond RCMP Traffic or Airport RCMP doing those checks as it’s on the Richmond side. |

THE CAR WITH 3 HEADS IS BACK |
^ That Golf on steelies posted previously got a VI in Coquitlam, which is RCMP... that said, the police car in the photo is an IRSU marked vehicle and their mandate is supposed to be commercial vehicles, but it’s still RCMP nonetheless... one could say it’s not just VPD on board with this if that’s the case. |

Can someone explain to me what happens when you're on temp plates? I've read before in the past people just insuring cars on temps due to not wanting a VI, and that you can put temp plates on your VI'd car in order to get it to the shop, etc. |
You can still get a VI on temp plates, I got mine on temp plates |
General question, wonder if you guys have any insights. 1. If i had a VI a month ago and brought it to a shop to get it checked out and everything " CHECKS OUT". And I continue driving like that without adding any "mods". Then... you get stopped a month after and the officer says that VI and the sticker on your windshield is not valid, "fake" and need to be ripped off, and siezes your VI paper work from the shop you did it from last month.. AND gives you another VI ontop your approved VI..... does this make sense to you guys? Is this allowed?. How can a certified VI shop be invalid....? If any Rs'rs can clear it up for me or clarify it would be greatly appreciated. |
