http://smokebuddy.com http://thetobaccostop.com/product_im...nge__96893.jpg Also search up this thing called orange chronic. It's a all natural air freshener spray made only from orange peels. The citrus spray kills the chronic smell almost instantly and works awesome. I use it straight up as an air freshener since it has no chemicals and made only from orange peels... Way better than febreeze Alot of local head shops like puff should have both items available Posted via RS Mobile |
Bored at home and high as fuck? Watch it in 720. This guy's films are great stoner flicks. |
The PAX looks good, but I dont wanna pay that price. How is the magic flight box for $80? Any good? I tried going back 10 pages but can't find much info, and it seems to be a dated portable Vape now. Quick reviews on it? Posted via RS Mobile |

Do any of you guys blaze to help you sleep? Do you guys find you have trouble sleeping if you dont blaze at all? Like hard to sleep even if youre really tired, or you sleep (after difficulty) and wake up really really early? Any solutions? Its pretty annoying; sometimes I am just way too lazy to roll a J when I come home and just try to pass out, end up laying in bed for like an hour and a half, and in frustration get up and roll a quick one. edit: ops forgot to mention, I currently blaze once a day at night. Just asking for advice for getting a better sleep for nights Im too busy to blaze or something. |
When I blaze, I naturally get sleepy. I always have the best night of sleep after blazing and consuming a giant meal. |
I blaze for sleep. I don't roll because its a hassle, quickest way is to grind some herb and smoke it from a pipe. (I clean out the bowl with paper towel right after, and give it a rubbing alcohol/salt wash every 3-4 weeks) I have insomnia so its nice to beable to get a good nights sleep without taking pills. Other then that, gyming for 2 hours is the only way for me to get a half decent sleep. |
I smoke mainly for the purpose of sleep aid insomnia is a bitch. should roll a doob and only smoke half or a few puffs. Too much before bed and you'll have trouble falling asleep right away. I suggest smoking at least an hour before bed. i find that if I don't smoke for a few days/weeks it is much harder for me to fall asleep and i dont sleep for as long.. BUT the dreams I get are fucken crazy. I remember so much more of my dreams and they feel so real lol you should also darken your room as much as possible, all those electronic lights are no good. you need pitch black if possible. No sounds also helps with a good sleep. blazing and having a good nights sleep is the best dam feeling ever. especially if you get to sleep in or dont have shit to do until later on in the day. oh and go for the INDICA dominant strains such as most types of KUSH. If your looking for a good sleep aid. stay away from SATIVAS (these are good for daytime) . hybrid strains are ok if their mainly indica. |
^^ Definitely true. Black out curtains for no outdoor light. I put electrical tape on any NEEDED lights (red light from powerbar) and make sure I don't keep things on like laptops/computers where they fan can be noisy. Every little bit helps. |
Damn u got sleeping problems if even tiny red lights bug u Posted via RS Mobile |
Insomnia is a bitch man. every little thing helps to a good nights sleep. this is also why you should have total darkness when you sleep Light dependence Production of melatonin by the pineal gland is inhibited by light to the retina and permitted by darkness. Its onset each evening is called the dim-light melatonin onset (DLMO). It is principally blue light, around 460 to 480 nm, that suppresses melatonin,[36] proportional to the light intensity and length of exposure. Until recent history, humans in temperate climates were exposed to few hours of (blue) daylight in the winter; their fires gave predominantly yellow light. The incandescent light bulb widely used in the twentieth century produced relatively little blue light.[37] Wearing glasses that block blue light in the hours before bedtime may decrease melatonin loss. Kayumov et al. showed that light containing only wavelengths greater than 530 nm does not suppress melatonin in bright-light conditions.[38] Use of blue-blocking goggles the last hours before bedtime has also been advised for people who need to adjust to an earlier bedtime, as melatonin promotes sleepiness.[39] When used several hours before sleep according to the phase response curve for melatonin in humans, small amounts (0.3 mg[40]) of melatonin shift the circadian clock earlier, thus promoting earlier sleep onset and morning awakening.[41] |
Random question... do you guys ever feel high the morning after? I guess it makes sense, you're high so you eat fatty food, THC is fat soluble, gets trapped with the fat you just ate into your fat cells. Next morning, blood sugar drops, fat gets metabolized, releases THC back into your body, and you feel high again. Anyone know if that's true or just bro-science? Never felt like this before lol |
^ only on edibles everything else no |
ive blazed crazy amounts, napped for a few hrs and woke up high before :lol |
If I can't sleep I blaze n then jerk it. Normally does the trick. Posted via RS Mobile |
I never feel high the next morning, only really groggy. I usually eat a phatty meal after blazing and thats at like 12-1am. Then I sleep when I get home. |
damn seems like you guys are in the same boat as me LOL yea I have trouble sleeping, but interestingly I never noticed the dreams until you mentioned it. I do remember dreams more easily and they are definitely more vivid; yesterday night I dream t that I crashed an ATV, and then I woke up and couldnt get back to sleep @ 4:30am. When I do smoke, I usually smoke an hour before bed and half a doobie. This is like 6.9/7 nights I smoke, very rare that I dont. It just makes life so much better and easier, I dont have to stress that I cant sleep |
