and along with all this talk of joints and vapes, has anyone tried a one-hitter before? your experience with it?
I have an Original Dugout. It is essentially the same thing as this, but without the lighter holder and tool.
One hitters are EXTREMELY harsh. I do not like them at all. Two of my friends have tried my one hitter and they say the exact same thing.
The only pro is that it's really quick and convenient. But, I would never buy one again. I'd rather roll a tiny joint than to use the one hitter.
I would not suggest getting it.

I find that very hard to believe. The only explanation that makes sense to me is not that you have a high tolerance, but you might have an enzyme that metabolizes THC/herb or an enzyme that blocks specific THC neuro-receptors in your CNS.
The reason you get "a feeling" from smoking is probably the effect of the smoke and not the THC. ie. the main difference from a vape versus a joint.

...
Which technique do you use to draw from the launch box that gets you the highest?
The best is with fresh batteries.
Going "native" as you called it is also the best way. This way you can control the temperature of the trench because you can feel it on your lips.
faster you suck = cooler the trench
slower you suck = hotter the trench
You just need to find that balance between the hot/cold.
You want to do slow draws about 10secs is good or as much as your lungs can handle. I like to go about 10-15secs and then a gulp of air and hold.
I smoke once a day at night probably .5 grams shared with a buddy.
I still get high everyday....but it's time to quit soon, feeling lazy and demotivated.

But in the meantime feels good man hahah
change something you eat, get some exercise, and you won't feel lazy and demotivated. But for the love of Weed, don't quit.

I have a friend who thinks smoking weed is holding him back in his life. He doesn't realize that he has the choice to do whatever he wants, but he puts the blame on weed. I can understand a tolerance break. Quitting because you "feel" lazy and demotivated.. smoke less and get out more, don't quit something you enjoy.

I feel you haha.
I do eat quite well and workout 3-4 times a week.
Maybe not quit, but in an ideal situation blazing once a week or once every two weeks would be perfect.
I went to Vietnam for a month and I did not think about weed once! When I came back to Vancouver it started again, and I just realize it's the lifestyle we have here
for you guys with magic flight launch boxes or other vaporizers you could techniqually save your AVB (AVB is short for Already Vaped Bud, and it signifies cannabis that has already been used in a vaporizer)
and turn it into tea bags, cooking butter etc.
this is a good guide for something quick and simple
think twice before throwing your AVB away!
(its good to vape till the herb is mostly brown but somewhat still green)
i cooked 4 grams of already vaped bud
onto 1 table spoon of butter.
made enough to get 3 ppl baked for a whole 8 hours.. and 1 green out.
2 of us survived and had fun
