In the summer we have a car meet every Saturday about a block away from a community police station and have never had a problem. Cops in this town have better things to do.

The way they're angled, are they maybe trying to direct water flow? None of them are straight and they look like they're alternating sides.

Unlike many truck owners I actually use my bed on a regular basis. Use to have this young kid come to my store driving a shinny white F150 always by himself. If the bumps themselves are angled you'd just need to drive straight down the road to "strafe" over them. If anything this should be more convenient for lowered cars.

That is a terrible overhead picture. I couldn't take my 67' there. I would be terrified that it would get hung up on the x-bar and scrape the hell out of my undercarriage.
