Yep, usually look for tear and wear on steering wheel, seats and pedals. Only one way to be save is using your eyes.

Because of all the things that aren't normally serviced? Suspension bushings, engine and trans internals, etc. And even if it's something good for say 450k, the 300k one has half the mileage left that the 150k one does.
