We don't actually know where HTS stands in terms of governance. The fact that you call it IS is wrong. If you called them Al-Qaeda at least it makes some sense since the leader was ex-Al-Qaeda. I can see where Syrians or people who have ties to Syria can think this is worth celebrating if they have suffered through the last 50 years of the Assad regime.

At this point neither Turd nor Jagmeet have canadas best interest in mind, that’s clear.
Call an election, settle this shit, and have an established leader going forward to deal with Trump. Trump must fucking loveeeee the fact he knows he can basically do whatever he wants to Justin and get away with it because what recourse does he have? Trump is just waiting for him to leave
