Quite the red herring.... Taking credit for what other soldiers have done is despicable. Credit is given, never taken.

Logging back in to express my happiness that everyone isnrealizong that manic is just an asshole not to be taken seriously. At first I thought his opinion was just a little left of mine and I could respect that. Turns out he's slipped way out of touch with reality to the point I can't tell if he's trolling

And so many of you thought welfare was the problem

An immigrant that climbed out of the depths of poverty by serving his country. I can get behind that. He apologized for it, I don't see why he has to be punished for something that's been resolved. I don't see how he has been less able to perform his duties because of it. I bet he won't be making the same mistake twice.

The closest thing you are going to get from may is her ridding in a Dodge Viper or the picture of her drinking drinking with a plastic straw that was Photoshoped with a paper straw.

Mad Max was the one who left top secret documents at his biker girlfriends place. Also he is a nobody lucky to get one seat.

Singh is the real deal.

Should every white candidate have to distance themselves from every white person that does something terrible?

Scheer has not distanced himself from the Roman Catholic church an organization that molested 1000's of children and was recently caught sexually abusing nuns.

And another con bites the dust.

There's not much to gain by going after them. Wouldn't really be an efficient strategy.

Personally think these "attacks" are turning people off of the two established parties.
I mean honestly, who gives a crap on a toast about how many jets the liberal party is using? or Scheers dual citizenship? Or Trudeau wearing blackface?
Oh oh! Scheer wouldn't personally choose to murder his unborn child? How dreadful!
Is anyone's life really going to be affected by this nonsense?

Every major city has an ever-growing tent population, shootings are a near daily occurrence, affordability and personal debt are at retarded levels, a shit healthcare system that's stretched to its limits, a province seriously considering separation (a far warranted sentiment, IMO).
And this garbage is what the media bobble heads think Canadians ought to be concerned with?
What a load of crap.

If politics were cows, I'd be tenderloin because it's center right and it's the best part... lol... center left would be rib which isn't bad...

At the far left and far right, you have the crappy cuts like chuck and round... at the very left end of the spectrum is the head (Communism) and at the very right you have the asshole (Anarchy)

Tenderloin is flavourless and wasteful, much like the centre right.

Good job. Another completely false equivalence.
No one asked Singh to denounce Sikhism. He was asked to denounce support of a terrorist faction of it.

How many times do you think Scheer would have needed to be asked to denounce supporters of accused child rapists of the Catholic Church? If there even were such people doing this openly.

Would that be the same Roman Catholic church organization which Trudeau defended his faith in and his opposition to abortion, as recently as 2011?

If the CBC radio call-in show I listened to yesterday is any indication, people are tired of the hypocracy and US-style dirty politics of this election cycle being pushed by the media and in social media.

I am not asking scheer to denounce Christianity an asking scheer to denounce an organization that to this day still has many members sexually assaulting people.

Serious question. Why aren’t there more agnostics and atheists in the running? Religion has no place in politics, and regardless of which religion, candidates can’t seem to keep their own out of it, not always through their own fault I will admit though.
Keep your interpretation of your favourite novel out of government, because what matters is how the people, environment, and economy, on earth, at this current time are affected.

It might have something to do with the fact that this country was originally founded for the sole purpose of spreading two dueling factions of Christianity.

Do you know current statistics of Canadians that identify as Christians? I understood the connection in 1903, but it seems a little less relevant now.
I honestly don’t know currently what it would be, but I know for the majority of my demographic, even if you are religious, you would be smart enough to understand it’s lack of relevance in public policy, especially in a country with as many different religions and ideological groups as Canada.

Pretty sure this country was literally founded for the purpose of finding the Northwest passage to the West Indies. Later on, as a colony to ship goods to the British Empire.

It may have been found for that reason, but settlements were established to spread Catholicism by the French, and Protestantism by the British.
You have to understand at that time religion was the highest understanding for life itself. It was the reason for everything known to man.

The principles and laws of this country were founded on Christian values.
They didn't just sprout from rationality.
67% is the figure of Canadians who identify as Christian

Christian values of 1842 don’t align with today’s Christian values, so I don’t see why the government wouldn’t become more relevant as well.
I’m astonished to hear that 67% of Canadians identify as Christian’s though. I’d have expected like 40% or less.

Well we do live in BC. Which has a much lower figure than say Alberta or Ontario.

Just to be clear on my personal position; I don't really care whether a politician is Christian, Buddhist, Muslim, Sikh, atheist, agnostic, etc..
I've met enough of all of the above to know it doesn't define a person's character.
