You think what's been going on with anti musk sentiment hasn't affected the stock price? Then what has?

noclue 03-19-2025 01:18 PM

All stock in every industry especially tech been dropping since january. If it was only tesla dropping, ok sure. The first quarter results for tesla in april will share more insight if the protests were material.

For the record I’ve been a tesla skeptic ever since hyperloop/boring company and using tesla to buy his brothers solarcity company at a premium along with weird accounting (they churn through CFOs alot). But at the time the echo chamber criticism of tesla/elon musk was a sin, and we’re all going to mars.

Someone who's going to key your car isn't gonna leave a note on it asking for you not to park there lol. Now everyone that says anything is going to attack you if you don't listen? The victimhood role play here is hilarious.

It’s a Roman solute bro. Do you guys think Elon is actually a nazi? I think otherwise and I’m not even a fan of him or will ever be caught in a Tesla.

So you’re saying if someone left a note on your BMWs saying “OG Nazi vehicle” you wouldn’t even think twice that someone might key your shit? That’s too trusting of crazy people lol. All the power to you man

SkinnyPupp 03-19-2025 01:36 PM

Roman salute lol

Tech? Tesla is a car company. No other car companies have dropped 40%.

People actually consider it a “tech” company for its software, battery technology and etc… that’s why it trades like one and is way overvalued compared to the traditional car company.

tesla is pretty cooked as a car company.
canadians dont want it, europeans dont want it, asians dont want it, the rest of the world cant afford it. even half of americans don't want it, so who is their market now? there is no growing market for tesla as long as chinese EVs are far cheaper and comparable quality.

Yeah, Tesla is definitely cooked as a car company.

Elon has a bold prediction for his company. A $25 trillion valuation for Tesla one day when the company starts selling their AI robots.

Optimus. Musk is on to the next biggest thing in tech. A.I.

Full self driving = sham
cybertruck = pos
roadster 2.0 = $20K deposit vaporware
optimus robot = sham
grokAI = sham
Semi = seen it around california but not really a success nationally

Once trump takes away their carbon credits and EV tax rebates I don't see how tesla can overcome it. Unless another tweet "Funding Secured"

Though I've already seen quite a bit of facelift model Y's driving around Vancouver so who knows?

Manic! 03-19-2025 02:35 PM

Tesla or xai's AI is not great. the robots they have suck. Many companies are way a head of them. Look at Boston Dynamics latest video. Also tons of people including myself have cancelled tesla orders. 94% of Germans will not buy a tesla.

musks robots are like 5 years behind this.

Mark Robers new video also but a big hurt on tesla's self driving future.

I was and I had a day one cybertuck pre order. Tesla autopilot really good but not perfect. Mark Robers video shows it will never be. The end goal for self driving is to get in your car go to sleep and arrive at your destination. A tesla with only camera's will never be able to do that. I also can't support a Nazi.

unit 03-19-2025 02:52 PM

Tell that to the senior who just took out a sign. Full self driving will revolutionize how people travel.

This happened less than a hour ago. A customer saw him earlier swerving all over the road.

No the hope would be one day they have self driving RV's. So you could rent one and party all the way down to Vegas.

They have #1 market share for EVs. What are you talking about

That share is dropping big time. Other car companies have caught up. Look at how much stock of new vehicles Vancouver tesla has all at reduced prices. The used market is alao crashing big time.

https://www.tesla.com/en_ca/inventory/new/m3

You can literally just walk in and buy a new cybertruck. Tesla will not even take one in on a trade.

westopher 03-19-2025 04:38 PM

BYD sold triple what Tesla sold in q4 last year and that was before Tesla had the Berlin Wall constructed in front of it.
Q1 of this year is going to be an absolute dumpster fire for them and all signs point to it continuing.
They did have the market share, but that's over for the foreseeable future. Why do you think they are having sales events on the white house lawn.

surely you're not suggesting that they are gaining market share?
