English Canada (without QC who ranks at 6th) actually ranks 29th, behind the USA (24th). French frogs, apparently, love bootlicking and transfer payments. During COVID, they had an 8 PM curfew and the harshest lockdowns in the country. Sluurrrp, slurrrping that boot. Oh ouais, enferme-moi encore plus fort, papa! |
https://www.youtube.com/live/7c9wDIQ...PulYb_EJHeJcvt Putting aside policy or party affiliation it's hard to deny that Carney certainly is plenty intelligent, well spoken, and plenty knowledgeable for the role of PM. I don't think we've had a PM this intelligent since....I don't know who. He's got the seriousness for the job. |

Clueless. Completely and utterly clueless. Read some HondaRacer posts, check out the latest 3 word slogan, and you'll know why they always lose, lose, lose. https://i.ibb.co/SDs6XjR6/Gml9-Aa0b-UAAkz-K5.jpg |
I don’t disagree with your assesment, I actually agree whole heartedly. However, I am at the point where I am a single issue voter and I don’t think either party can make tangible change either way on most issues. Criminal justice is far more likely to be improved under the conservatives. Your rants about the arts and whatever else you’ve been going on about, buddy, that ship is long gone. In regards to the liberal decade long gun control act, I implore anyone to go have a look at the list https://www.canada.ca/en/public-safe...dividuals.html It largely reads like this: https://i.imgur.com/ttUxofG.jpeg Surely that was a good use of a billion + dollars. I recently renewed my PAL, the new one arrived today. It’s a full fledged very detailed federal licence with every bit of information you could possibly require. In the letter, there is a perforated strip attached to the acceptance letter which outlines the restrictions of my licence. These same restrictions are printed exactly the same as on the paper as on the licence. This new letter now requires me to carry this peice of paper along with my PAL and it must be produced with the physical licence upon request. Like.. we’ve wasted a decade and billions of dollars on a program that has no measurable outcome. Honestly like we’re all so fucked. All of us |

Do you think you can win, ever again, by ceding the Universities to the woke? By retreating from the engines of culture (artistic pursuits) and expect to simply vote your way out of what Canada has become? Let's break this down so people can understand this. Meet Scout: I can pretty much guarantee that Scout is involved with promoting LGBTQA+WTFBBQ causes, is active and engaged in their community, supports artists that alignt themselves with her values, participates in online communities that moderate the speech of others, and knows how to advance their political beliefs. Scout, I can assure you, is not saying things like "we're so fucked", because Scout is going to end up a teacher, involved at the CBC, or in some sort of role that helps shape Canada's future, whatever it may be with a University degree. They might end up working at a publishing house, or maybe in TV or film, and will eventually be the type of person that will gatekeep the fuck out of art. They probably have close friends who are going into the institutions as their chosen professions. Now, compare Scout to your average conservative: 1. "work the trades" mentality that has zero influence on art, which leads to 0 cultural output. If you work a job or run a business that is politically neutral, you are already ceding ground. 2. Instead of spending time going to art shows, being involved with indy productions, or in the support of artists / writers / podcasts, the average conservative consumes Netflix, or professional sports, both of which are completely woke. Handing your money to the people feeding you back rainbows and pronouns. 3. Conservatives will not hesitate to throw money into corporations by buying stocks, even if that company pinkwashes everything and subscribes to DEI, is owned by Blackrock, or is desperately working to up its ESG scores. The conservative will give their money to the beast in hopes of making money with the system that works against them. Meanwhile, the conservative will spend ZERO dollars on the arts or artists that are aligned with them. Name 3 artists in Canada with any sort of conservative or dissenting, non-woke voice. I bet you can't. You can, however, I bet point out many actors, actresses, writers, journalists, painters, authors, musicians, business owners, etc etc etc who are woke and proud. 4. Conservatives will continue to lose cultural ground because they have yet to understand the power of art. Either that, or they are willfully ignorant and choose to just be drones of the system while complaining how worse things keep getting. Then they will say things like "well, vote conservative, it's our only choice" while spending no time, money, or effort to support artists, make art themselves, or even try and hold any ground. Video games... woke Universities... turbo woke Institutions... painfully woke Art and artists... woke as fuck TV and social media... woker than woke Government... so woke they shit out rainbow sparkles All conservatives know how to do is make money and complain while losing over and over and over and over again. Progressives keep conservatives reacting to things they did 3 steps ago. Carney is masterfully just turning down the heat on things like the carbon tax to appear like he is fixing the problems, the problems that Trudeau created, but as soon as he is elected, you can bet Little PP's pension on the fact that the woke is going to be cranked up twice as hard in 2026. And I'll be here to say "I told you so" while cranking out my non-woke art with zero support from anyone who sees how shitty this country has become, while woke artists enjoy the support from their political base who know exactly how to reach hearts and minds. |
Elbows up, everyone! |
Dicks up! all you poli freaks, we're headed to the polls April 28th. |
My idiot will defeat your idiot By the way Jason, I actually know 8-10 “professional” artists who their art is their full time 20+ year career. Locally, here, very successful, talented, people who weirdly enough, again, don’t share your values? lol If you’re sore that your book didn’t make Oprah’s wish list because everything is too woke, I think your and my definition of “art” are a bit different It’s kind of like again.. the guy on the end of a shovel’s main concern is Disneys hiring practices? Ok. |
Quote:
Ask yourself "why" those artists are successful and then examine their political leanings and the messaging / symbolism in their art. I guarantee you won't share who they are or what they do. Do you even know my values? I bet already know all of yours. Conservatives like you will just keep staying 3 steps behind the progressives and just cry about not having your guns and your city overran with crime, all while the Liberals will win again. You never learn. |
Elbows up. New Mike Myers Mark Carney ad. It' really good. https://bsky.app/profile/mark-carney.../3lkyqnumvz22n |

Liberals have another election in the bag. Conservatives stay losing and stay crying "we're so fucked", haha, no, just the conservatives. Blue Sky is so censored, you get banned for simply saying "women don't have a penis", it is a woke hug box. |

It is easy to be successful if you have zero balls and conform to the majority in this country. HondaRacer is probably lying and doesn't know 8-10 "professional" artists, or all of those artists conform 100% to the current_thing in society and are at 0 risk of being cancelled for going against the grain. Nothing says "art" like picking the safest lanes and working in alignment with the establishment. His "friends" probably paint still life and do tattooing. We can be sure that they vote NDP or Liberal and make sure all of their fans know it. |
I actually think US conservatives are wayyyyy better at branding and messaging. I also think Ontario cons (Doug Ford) message fairly well. In the states, however, the Dems are cucked. I really expected BC NDP to make MUCH more of a fuss about the balanced budgets they ran for a while in BC and in Sask. How close we came to John Rustaad being premier was honestly kinda shocking. |

The Liberals are going to go to town on this. It's not like she was misquoted - this was a recorded interview. |
Ain't she the bitch that's been trying to get Canada (Or I guess, Alberta first) to Americanize the healthcare system since she got into office? |
Sellout |

One of the reasons that Liberals always win, is that Liberals don't call out their side when they're lied to. Progressives view lying and authoritarianism as good things, because it hurts the cons and keeps their side in power. One of the reasons that Conservatives always lose, is that Conservatives don't call out their side when they're lied to. Conservatives simply allow their politicians to lie as much and fold to progressives and then they whine, cry, and just go back to working their slave 9-5 jobs, drinking Tim's, and watching hockey... all while more guns are banned, they folded and took experimental vaccines like cowards, they have to use pronouns of the dude at work in a dress, their money goes to Ukraine while the streets of their hometown have more and more fent zombies, a basic home in Canada becomes over a million dollars, and the entire country turns more and more fake and gay. Conservatives stay losing and working their slave jobs. Keep pulling up those bootstraps! :awwyeah: https://i.ibb.co/vx0ZcgGZ/Gl-Tuh3-Ka0-AAR5-An.jpg |
