I might be missing something here but what do you find racist about it? Didn't he just use the national animal symbols for each country. Political cartoonists have been doing this for centuries.

Edit: looking at it closer there's a lot of nuance I didn't catch first time around:
- Canada clutching a little indigenous doll
- Frogs (3rd world nations) trying to offer money to buy into vaccines
- Picture of the UK breaking up on the Lion's sash
- Oh and Australia isn't part of the G7, but Germany is but I don't see the flag (assuming it's the black eagle on the left?)
At first I thought, oh the guy just pasted on animal faces on The Last Supper characters but it looks like quite a bit of work was put into it and it's much higher resolution too.
