lol China is such a fucking troll |
Federal Poll (Nanos) - LPC 37.4%, CPC 25.3%, NDP 18.2% Cons 12 points back. I wonder how many people who voted libe last election are thinking of voting NDP VS the cons. I think the cons bashing JT only helps the NDP. |
Bill c-10 to force online services (streaming, youtube, tiktok, google, Instagram etc) to push can-con like traditional broadcasters https://www.google.ca/amp/s/national...e67a4a871/amp/ Love this. Let Quebec fucking seperate. Can’t stand them Quote:

^Anyone have their rightwing friends posting about this? Crying about "free speech being destroyed"? They haven't even read the bill :lol It's entirely about economics ($$$). |
Lol the amount of people thinking that their Facebook status updates that get 3 likes are going to be erased from the internet forever because it “doesn’t align with the communist liberal agenda” is staggering. |
I don't have accounts with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, etc.............. only revscene.......... :okay: I just watch Matlock reruns to kill time. |
I'll give up some of my "freedoms" if in return it means I don't have to be subjected to as much crack-pot right wing conspiracy bullshit. |
It has nothing to do with that though unfortunately. It literally just means that YouTube/Netflix/whatever online streaming providers need to provide more suggested Canadian content. Just like the crtc rules for television and radio broadcasters. It’s never had anything thing to do with limiting free speech, or any ability to post, comment, upload any sort of thing online. People, as usual, don’t even know what they are upset about. |
It’s a “slippery slope” tho westestostopher!!! Next thing you know they’re making you speak French and Trudeau is harvesting your babies!! |

The funny thing is, I would be considered "liberal" and I hate the CRTC, so a bill like this is stupid to me -- no one wants to see the garbage Canadian content compared to the US produced stuff. Let's be real :lol The ironic thing is you would think the so called "patriotic" conservatives would lap a bill like this up, no? More Canadian content = Patriotism? |

I am a total fence sitter between liberal and con ideologies. Voted trudeau in, voted con in the last election, probably going to vote con again.... Id prefer the cons to officially kick out their freakshow MPs, and id like the liberals to stop butthugging SJW stances and just have a backbone. (honestly, id probably just be content if someone else ran the liberal party) and the NDP, god...what a useless party hanging on to the coat tails of parties in power to remain relevant since they are so broke they cant enough come up with a good party. respect to the greens, they keep trying. I give them props |

The greens are falling apart. They have laid off all their staff and MP Jenica Atwin has joined the libs. NDP is the only party getting anything done. They are using their power to get laws they want passed. |
https://www.citynews1130.com/2021/07...pply-concerns/ Vancouver city council member hands out drugs including cocaine. This is just ridiculous. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/E6Sa31SU...pg&name=medium |
“Clean” drugs are important when fighting the opioid crisis, however this is hardly a decent way to execute it. As for the free coke https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Ep5y-0_XcAIUBeJ.jpg |
Repeat offenders being released hours after having illegal firearms, people with 60+ convictions walking an hour after being caught again. Seemingly no repercussions for violent crime that destroys families. Etc. Etc. This is the liberal state. The free clean drugs is hardly the issue. Canada as a whole is on track to turn into one giant Portland/Seattle where crime is simply allowed and all you can do is cross your fingers and hope you aren’t effected because when that 40 time convicted criminal bashes you across the head with a rock, you’re more likely to see them scoping out your house again than locked away. |
Yeah I mean, conservative America doesn’t have issues with property crime and violence. War on drugs was awesome for the US preventing violent crime. |

Seattle/Portland isn't some lawless haven for criminals... If you really wanted to pick a relevant city you'd have said Durban, but SA's problems are rooted much, much deeper. |
WTF is wrong with the Green Party ??!! Can't they get their shit together? One Green MP crossed the floor to the Libs. Then it was going to a showdown with a vote of confidence on Anammie Paul's leadership, lots of crap behind the scenes, revoking her membership, withholding funds for election in her riding ... then it looked like her detractors stood down until after the election ... now it's going to the courts. |
They have managed to undo the last 20 years of progress to become relevant in about 3 months. It’s like watching kids squabble at recess and go tell the teacher (Elizabeth May) |
https://i.ibb.co/KwrvwZ7/derik.png https://i.ibb.co/DgLcz14/madmax.png It just keeps getting better. |
LOL How will anyone decide to vote which? Who do you hate more? Immigrants, or women? |
^^ just what the Liberals hoped for. Call the election now and enjoy another 4, 8, 12 years until the fragmented right unite under a new banner ... rinse and repeat. If I was a Liberal strategist ... I'd create an arms length party to give this Sloan guy some seed money to start the party. |
