Took a drive out to Skagway Alaska, this was taken in White Pass. Windy as eff.

On the way back from Skagway stopped in Carcross and drove around the "desert" there a bit. Sand was still went from the snow just melting so it was really hard and no fun to drive fast on. (check out the mad flex of the Ram 1500)

Couple days later went to Kathleen Lake out by Haines Junction, Yukon

Met up with The Producer and Westopher on Sunday. We did an exhaust swap between my Arctic Silver and Producer's Estoril Blue at his shop.

For some reason the place reminded me of the scene from Heat with the chop shop full of aircooled 911s, minus the fighting dogs and Pacino yelling :

Goodbye Honda Fit, hello CX-3.

It was about time. My supercharger blew up in January of last year, and a replacement unit was around $2000USD. Had that removed and back to N/A and neglected the hell out of it, then the clutch went.

Served me well, got the "tuner bug" outta me and ended up being my work vehicle for the last few years. It's done more for me than I could expect out of this car. So now its retired and if I had room I wouldve kept it for sure to fix it up.

They totally nailed the design on the CX-3. All they need to do is add a mazdaspeed model to compete with the other awd monsters (like the gla45) and it would fly off the shelf

lol will never happen but would love the idea

Even if they put the 2.5 in there, that'll be great

^ Honda needs to do something similar to the HRV. Put the 1.5T in it with a normal transmission.

^ yeah all the good stuff goes to Asia and Europe. I read the article a while ago and got excited and then asked our Honda rep and he said nothing is planned yet.

I think the next generation will most likely have it.

Didnt the r33 platform win the most races? There were also a lot of upgrades from the r32.

Yeah the R33 was the most dominant car, the R34 didn't spend as long on the race circuit which is probably the main reason why.

Realistically it's an R32 with a slew of improvements, but many are impartial to the looks so it wasn't the most popular GTR.

Where's the obligatory cherry blossoms tree shots ? I'm too busy painting otherwise I'd go take my mazy for a nice photo session underneath the trees (then spend like 2 hours trying to pick the little petals off the damn grill)
