another winter - another winter beater

this time i've gone even further back to my roots. This is Corrado #3.5 (owned the same one twice)

93 VR - 98 OBD2 swap motor, done right a few years ago by a buddy.

the body is pretty rough, but that's ok. the real sweet part is it came with the full canadian OEM recaro setup. If you know these cars - you know that's a rare treat.

Plans are to do a bit of panel beating, see what the PDR guy can do, and get to work on the single stage paint & touch up. I think it'll come up pretty clean. Just need some winter tires.

In Seattle for this phase and I get to drive this bad boy around.
8800 TEUs, 20+ years old and still handles like a speed yacht. 17 knots min speed.

Just pinning them. Although welding is the "superior" solution, the failure rate of pinned cars is virtually zero so why bother with the added expense of welding? At least that's how I feel...
